If for ANY reason you are not happy with your purchase you return it for a full refund within 28 days.

Should you want to return a product, send an email to: support@sens8ate.com . We will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Place the product in its original packaging (both the manufacturer’s packaging and the packaging the item(s) arrived in, remove any old shipping labels, place the print-out of the return authorization that you received via email inside the package.

If you want to return a product you are unhappy with then shipping is at your expense. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we will pay the shipping. Sens8ate is responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products. Send an email and we will arrange to pay for your shipping costs.

Yes we do. We will accept returns worldwide if you are unhappy with your purchase within 28 days.

No. We can declare that none of our ingredients is tested on animals, and we only use suppliers who adhere to the same principles.

Yes. Our products are free of Parabens, Sulphates and other harsh chemicals. Our products also contain mainly botanical and natural organic ingredients.

No. Our products are not certified as natural or organic, but we can declare that there is no legal requirement to be certified and we still do use Natural ingredients that our customers find effective.

Yes. As a manufacturer we have product liability insurance in place and take responsibility to ensure that our products are manufactured according to good manufacturing practices and relevant regulations. We can confirm any customer would have right of recourse should we not meet our requirements, and we would act to resolve any product issue proactively and to the best of our ability.

Yes. We use glass bottles & jars and our lids are made from bamboo or Ashwood with recycled plastic inside. Our outer packaging is also made from recycled Birchwood and is Biodegradable. 

We endeavour to not use plastic, but we currently have no alternative but to use plastic for the tubing inside our bottles and a cap on our serum. However, where we have to use plastic, we will ensure it is PET (Recycled Plastic).

We can confirm that our product ingredients are 100% plant-based. We always use vegetable or vegetable derived alternatives.

We can declare that the Palm Oil we use in our formulations is; • Certified Organic • Certified-sustainable • Currently Originates from a farm on the RSPO member list • We certify that this is the only Palm Oil we buy and use.
